What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A physical science / life science / computer science or engineering degree (2: 1 or higher), Capable of understanding complex technologies (computer science, electronics, biochemistry or software engineering background would be particularly useful), Thorough and methodical approach to research, data analysis and report writing, Keen interest in technology and its commercial applications, Independent, motivated and self-driven while enjoying teamwork and cooperation, Good communication and presentation skills including fluency in written and spoken English, >4 years’ experience working in the IP, R&D and market research services sectors
Nice to Have
postgraduate qualifications, such as PhDs and Masters courses are particularly valued, software programming and/or using Microsoft Power BI
What You'll Do.
support the delivery of advanced IP research solutions
ensuring operational excellence and innovation
market research & strategy operations
undertaking and preparing reports and studies as per the client requirements
contribute to a range of projects for different clients and technology/market sectors
provide excellent client service
ensure that the customer experience is a priority
Manage client relationships
high quality pro-active and timely execution of advice and services for your clients
Ensure your clients’ requirements are serviced by you and members of the team of appropriate seniority
experience and technical ability and with the capacity to do the work to the highest standard
