ABOUT THE ROLE As the Integrator Quality Manager, you will own end-to-end quality standards across this fabrication ecosystem, ensuring every skid and module delivered to a FluidStack site meets our engineering specifications, commissioning requirements, and project schedule commitments. Central to this role is the management of FluidStack's third-party quality representatives — contracted QC professionals embedded on-site at each integrator's fabrication facility. You will hire, direct, and performance-manage this distributed team, setting their daily priorities, equipping them with inspection and test plans (ITPs), and consolidating their field findings into actionable intelligence for the broader project team. You will work across project management platforms including Procore, CxAlloy, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and will use BIM models as the baseline for dimensional and systems verification during fabrication and at site acceptance.
