What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, Experience leading large-scale integration programs, Proven success supporting complex business transformation efforts, Experience with enterprise integration platforms, Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, Experience working with data formats and exchange standards, Hands-on experience supporting cloud platforms, Understanding of data modeling, data transformation, master data management, and governance principles, Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cybersecurity requirements, and compliance obligations

Lead cross-functional teams in integration initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements
Own and drive finance integration strategy
Partner with teams to implement data exchange mechanisms
Oversee enterprise middleware and integration platforms
Ensure integration initiatives adhere to policies
Lead end-to-end testing efforts
Monitor and manage integration environments
Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation
Support post-go-live stabilization activities
Facilitate transition of integration solutions to operations
Manage integration risks
Communicate with stakeholders across initiatives
Provide leadership on integration best practices
