Must Have
Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Integration Experience, Customer Centricity, Change Management, Technical Proficiency, Consultative, Innovative & Principled, Cross-functional Collaboration, proven experience in technical solution design and troubleshooting, specifically related to Workday integrations, clear communication, great listener, problem solver, know process matters, detail oriented, technically proficient, managing multiple simultaneous, multithreaded projects, data-driven, adaptable, love to coach
Nice to Have
Workday HCM certification, experience with other enterprise-grade HCM solutions like UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors, managed integrations with tools listed under Integrations on our Ashby Knowledge Base, Workday Studio expertise is not required, experience prioritizing based on customer and business needs, happy to be the Workday SME in pre-sales conversations when needed
What You'll Do.
and managing the technical requirements for enterprise customers integrating their Ashby ATS instance with our custom-built Workday API
act as the technical subject matter expert for implementing customers
advising on integration best practices
technical configurations
working with a customer’s internal expert on how to best achieve their goals
consult with our customers
helping them get up and running swiftly with Ashby
partner with Product/Engineering
Implementation Specialists
and other cross functional partners
managing and executing integrations with Workday Core HCM
aligning with stakeholders
communicating the project plan
and ultimately delivering results
keep the team on track to ensure milestones are met
tailoring implementations to meet their specific requirements
build customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement
navigating change management processes
helping customers adapt to new systems and a refreshed approach
advising customers on best practices specific to their usage of software

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
partner with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, Sales Engineers, and other cross functional partners; Cross-functional Collaboration; partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress; see your role as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders
Communication Scope

Process & Methodology
