The Integration Support Engineer is a critical player in a program that is key to our long-term success. We need someone who can coordinate the successful setup of direct integrations between Podium and our clients’ systems. What you will be doing: You will coordinate standard and custom integration projects for Podiums clients. You will scope out and plan projects with strategic clients, ensuring that they are set up for long-term success and scalability. You will be comfortable configuring API settings and managing a work queue alongside Customer Success Account Managers (AMs/CSMs). You will support our strategic clients and Account Managers (AMs/CSMs). The integrations you complete are key components in the overall success plan for the clients they manage.
