Must Have

High school diploma or GED required, 5+ years of experience in industrial control panel manufacturing, integration, or automation systems, Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings, Working knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and automation equipment, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, organizational and communication skills, Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work within a manufacturing environment

Nice to Have

Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Automation, Industrial Systems, or related field, 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, Familiarity with UL508A, NEC, and industrial electrical standards, Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience, Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities
