Egis with its partners (altogether called METAV) have been appointed as Network Manager in 2020, to work closely with the client in managing the planning, design and construction of 3 new underground metro lines in Tel Aviv. The 3 new metro lines will total 150km and 109 metro stations to serve 24 municipalities. Key figures: * Operational in 2037. * Estimated 2 million passengers per day will benefit from the new metro network. * €50bn euros estimated cost. * Benefits to Tel Aviv: 30% increase in public transport use and €8bn in economic benefits to the local economy. Egis is hiring in the Project management team an Integration Manager . You will lead the activities relating to your discipline within our project METAV Tel Aviv Metro Network Manager. This is a unique opportunity to deliver a project across all phases: design, construction until operation . The Integration Manager will be responsible for coordinating, synchronizing, and integrating all engineering and network-related aspects across lines and disciplines within the planning packages of the metro lines. Responsibilities include: * Managing and synchronizing interfaces between various engineering disciplines, both at the network level and at the individual line level. * Reviewing planning submissions for the metro lines and ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements, applicable standards, and inter-disciplinary and inter-line coordination. * Participating in multidisciplinary professional forums to resolve complex issues and manage inter-disciplinary disputes. * Ensuring synergy between different complex systems, including interfaces between infrastructure, railway systems, operational systems, electrical systems, control systems, and more. * Reporting to the Project Director of METAV and to the Integration manager of NTA Technical and Engineering Division. * Perform other duties as needed. ## Qualifications * Possessing a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the planning and/or manage
