What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–6 years in SDK Integration, Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Mobile/Web Development, preferably in a B2B SaaS, Deep understanding of Web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS), Deep understanding of Mobile ecosystems (native iOS/Swift/Objective-C, native Android/Kotlin/Java, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native/Flutter), Expertise in using developer tools (Chrome DevTools, Xcode, Android Studio), Expertise in using network proxies, Expertise in using API testing platforms (Postman, cURL), Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to developer audiences as well as non-technical stakeholders, Programming foundation with the ability to use languages like Python, Node. js, or Shell to build automation workflows, integration scripts, and sample applications, Experience working with REST APIs, Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Experience working with monitoring/observability tools (e. g. , Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, AWS), A developer-first mindset paired with problem-solving skills, Hands-on experience with issue tracking tools (e. g. , Jira), Hands-on experience with version control tools (e. g. , GitHub/GitLab), Hands-on experience with support tools (e. g. , Zendesk, FreshDesk), Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Ability to work flexible hours when necessary, Ability to handle technical escalations with a mix of empathy and confidence

What You'll Do.
Lead the resolution of SDK integration queries
Act as the primary technical contact and subject matter expert for customers
Elevate Customer satisfaction through proactive onboarding support
architectural guidance
and quick resolution of integration blockers
Diagnose complex implementation issues by debugging client code
analyzing network requests
and reviewing SDK behavior across Web and Mobile platforms
and advocate for SDK usability and performance improvements
Provide technical demonstrations
feasibility assessments
and best practices for integrating our SDKs into diverse technology stacks
and enhance comprehensive SDK documentation
and fully functional sample applications (via GitHub)
Build and maintain internal tools
and automated workflows to validate client implementations
scale support operations
and reduce time-to-resolution
Utilize advanced analytics and monitoring tools to proactively detect emerging platform issues
identify systemic integration trends
and optimize our self-service developer portals
Contribute to strategic technical projects that enhance the overall customer journey and add value to the organization's API/SDK ecosystem
