What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or in a similar role, hands-on experience with at least one integration platform (Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, TIBCO, Boomi, etc.), Experience developing APIs, middleware, and integration solutions, Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Integration Cloud), analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Confident stakeholder engagement skills with communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have
Familiarity with microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices, Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance principles

Develop and implement integration strategies
Design and implement integration architectures
Develop and deploy APIs
Analyse existing systems for integration opportunities
Translate requirements into technical solutions
Assess emerging technologies and recommend tools
Monitor and optimise integration performance
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
Create and maintain technical documentation
Support and enable teams through knowledge sharing
