The goal is to build computer systems to our Clients needs and specifications. Our office is based in Depot Street, Brisbane and is an on-site only position. ***** This role is ONSITE and will report to Depot St. Office Banyo, Queensland***** **What you’ll do ** As the Integration Engineer you will be accountable for but not limited to: * Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc) * Install images from USB and using SCCM or external networks * Check computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards etc) to ensure functionality * Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to Client’s specifications * Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems * Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc) * Maintain records/logs of machine/devices that require Asset Tag recording * Maintain and Update Documentation as required internally and by Clients * Liaise with Warehouse to ensure optimized delivery of end product.
