We strategically define business cases, prioritize projects, and deliver ERP and Commercial projects, ensuring that dependencies are mapped out to deliver the overall technology roadmap. Together, we manage and improve technical tools for design, finance, logistics, and global sales—supporting the "heroes" who get our gear into the hands of athletes. ## If you were in the Integrations Developer role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing Overseeing the full lifecycle of ERP integration solutions, including design, development, and go-live support for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid scenarios. Designing and building high-performance interfaces, ensuring data integrity across a complex ecosystem of SAP and non-SAP applications. Partnering with vendors and business leads to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, "API-first" integration patterns. Providing guidance and conduct code reviews for team members, ensuring alignment with integration best practices.
