Full Job Description

For 45 years, we have been the benchmark for digital innovation in Italy — and today, across Europe as well. More than technology: we are the partner that transforms the way businesses work, grow, and compete. From human resources management to digital payments, from electronic invoicing to customer relationship management, we design tailored solutions that go to the heart of business processes, making them more efficient, faster, and smarter. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to **bring the value of digital transformation to every business** , whatever its challenge. We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method. We are looking for an **Integration Architect** to join the Finance Integration team within the Finance Department. In this role, you will define the integration approach for finance processes in alignment with ICT, monitor the execution of the plan, and coordinate Finance-side activities to achieve objectives. You will manage a structured team of internal and external resources (consultants and system integrators) across process assessment, gap analysis, and integration solution design, within a multi-country environment (Italy, Spain, France, Turkey). **Your role at a glance:** * **Define** , jointly with internal ICT, the target integration architecture for finance processes (core ERP, satellite systems, data flows). * **Coordinate** with ICT/Enterprise Architecture to align finance requirements with the technology roadmap. * **Lead** the Integration Design & Governance team (internal and external consultants) across: AS-IS process assessment, gap analysis vs. target model, and solution design (application architecture, integration patterns, master data). * **Oversee** the finance integration plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalation management. * **Drive** the Finance Integration + IT Steering Committee (held bi-monthly) with CFO, CIO, M&A IT Manager, FP&A Director, F&A D

How to Apply on Workday

  • Workday has a multi-step form — save your progress after every section.
  • "Apply With LinkedIn" can fail or lose data; manual entry is more reliable.
  • Watch for the "Submit for Review" final step — hitting "Save" alone does not submit.
  • Job requisition numbers are useful when following up with HR by email.
