Associates get satisfaction from knowing they provide agents, marketers and carrier partners the support needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry. **Job Summary** We are seeking an Integration Architect with 15+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions across applications, data, and APIs. This role will define integration strategy, lead architecture decisions, and guide delivery teams in building secure, scalable, and reusable integrations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in API management and modern integration platforms, with MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services experience considered a strong plus. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** * Define and drive enterprise integration architecture across application, data, and API domains. * Lead end-to-end integration solution design for complex, multi-system ecosystems. * Establish integration standards, patterns, governance, and best practices. * Own API-led architecture and lifecycle management, including API design, security, versioning. * Architect and implement enterprise messaging solutions using Message Queues and event streaming platforms (including Kafka). * Establish standards for reliable event delivery, schema/version management, idempotency, and observability across distributed systems. * Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate business capabilities into integration roadmaps. * Lead technical reviews, architecture boards, and platform modernization initiatives. * Mentor integration developers; provide technical leadership across projects. * Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, observability, reliability, and security. * D
