Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,000+ satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. We are looking for talented technicians to help full-scale production of the Leo satellites. Key job responsibilities - Integration and test of the Leo satellite and various complex subassemblies in a cleanroom and ESD controlled environment - Rigging and critical lifts of bulky, sensitive hardware - Use precision calibrated tools – torque wrenches, multimeters, optical inspection devices, micrometers and calipers - Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation - Perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions - Run functional and environmental testing on units - Use computer software programs for conducting tests - Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to develop and document activities, including continuous improvement opportunities - Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient, safe and effective work environment Additional Requirements: - Willing to work 4 / 10s as assigned: Estimated shift time: Wed-Sat 5pm-3:
