Must Have
Proven software deployment and integration experience (at least 3-5 years) in complex IT environments, Hands-on experience with Enterprise Linux distributions (administration and shell environments), Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code/configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer), Hands-on experience with virtualization techniques, Hands-on experience with hypervisor environments, Hands-on experience with microservices, Hands-on experience with containerization (Kubernetes and Docker), Knowledge of 4G/5G systems, Knowledge of TCP/IP, Knowledge of routing, Knowledge of switching, Awareness of security threats, Fluent spoken and written English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) for Quality of Service (QoS) management, Knowledge of Control Room systems
What You'll Do.
Ensuring the proper integration of the Agnet solution in the customer environment during the deployment phase
Performing maintenance and upgrade of deployed Agnet systems
Processing customer reported technical queries and incidents (Incident Management)
Investigating incidents following defined support procedures
Informing customers and authorized contact persons of the processing status
Ensuring that contractually agreed service levels are met
Initiating Problem Management and providing necessary indications in the case of reproducible system errors
Ensuring that Trials/PoCs are successful
integrating and commissioning the Airbus MCX solution for Trials/PoCs and commercial projects
Supporting Trials/PoCs specific integration and testing activities
Configuring the IT infrastructure (NAT
Raising cases to Level 3 when needed and coordinating with the expert center
Reporting within customer meetings
being owner of the cases
Contributing to and learning from international team support
Supporting pre-sales activities

Work closely with colleagues in France and in Finland; Work closely with customers who are located in APAC; Contribute to and learn from international team support (methodology, training, lessons learned, common tools); Work as a team player in a highly collaborative and fast-evolving international environment
