Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard – your next great opportunity is just a few clicks away! ## **Key Responsibilities** * Perform field execution activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems under supervision. * Support intermediate-level design activities, including reviewing system layouts, drawings, and technical specifications. * Participate in project delivery by assisting in system integration, configuration, and optimization activities. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols during execution. * Provide technical support in resolving onsite issues and ensuring smooth system functionality. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities as part of O&M support. * Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for effective project execution. * Maintain proper documentation of site activities, reports, and system changes. ## **Qualifications & Experience** * **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) with minimum 1 year of relevant experience **OR** * Diploma / 2-year technical degree with minimum 6 years of relevant field experience **OR** * Equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience * **Experience:** * Exposure to field e
