What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience with project or program management, 2+ years of experience with utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules, Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools (e. g. , Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Nice to Have

5+ years of experience with project or program management, Bachelor's degree or higher, Experience using project management software such as Primavera (P6) or Open Plan Professional, communication ability to present updates and recommendations to leadership, Experience with Tableau, Scrum or agile certification

This role is well suited for individuals who communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy collaborating across teams. Our team partners with 777 program stakeholders to align schedule deliverables and key milestones across the full production value stream, conduct scenario planning, and assess impacts to the airplane program. We are seeking a Systems IPT Integrated Scheduler to support multiple engineering groups within the Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT). In this role, you will develop, maintain, and execute integrated schedules that provide program visibility, ensure alignment, and support on-time airplane delivery.
