Experience in the development, integration, and verification of aircraft systems., 2+ years of experience in leadership or management role., Knowledge of FAA certification processes and safety analysis., Experience with qualification testing or lab testing., Familiarity with engineering processes and methods., Proven track record managing risks and issues to resolution., Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values, Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement., Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
