What You'll Achieve.
Efficient service delivery; Compliance with SLAs and KPIs; Cost reduction; Efficiency improvement; Legal compliance; Successful implementation of process optimization and new service concepts
Industry & Context.
Proactively initiating corrective actions for deviations in SLAs and KPIs
Occasional business trips, primarily between Mannheim and Penzberg sites
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
More than 5 years of professional experience in Facility Management, Experience in managing external service providers (Provider Management), Experience in project management, In-depth knowledge of contract and procurement law, Sound knowledge of infrastructural building management and operator responsibility, Proficiency in CAFM systems and SAP, Negotiation-level English proficiency, Excellent communication skills, Team player capable of effective collaboration with various stakeholders, Ability to convey complex contexts understandably
What You'll Do.
Strategic steering and monitoring of integrated facility management services (Soft Services) through external providers
Steering and controlling external IFM service providers for a defined site area
Ensuring efficient service delivery
Monitoring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Initiating corrective actions for deviations
Monitoring and forecasting budgets for FM services
Identifying potential for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal operator obligations by service providers
Leading projects for process optimization
Leading projects for the implementation of new service concepts with digital foresight
Moderating between the needs of internal users and the operational capabilities of external partners
