Their mandate is to deliver predictable outcomes, optimize asset value, and reduce operational risk for operators. **Fuel your passion** The **Integrated Commercial Director – Field Development** is responsible for leading complex commercial and proposal activities for integrated upstream field development opportunities. The role develops commercial frameworks, supports customer negotiations, and ensures proposals and agreements deliver shareholder value while addressing technical, operational, financial, and contractual risks. This position requires strong E&P business development experience, knowledge of upstream field development practices, and the ability to translate end-to-end technical development plans into fit-for-purpose commercial structures. **As an Integrated Commercial Director - Field Development, you will be responsible for:** **** * Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
