As an Integrated Clinical Services Manager at our Cardiff & Vale Hospitals, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Wellbeing Services within a Specialist Centre – namely Physiotherapy and Health Screening. You will ensure the delivery of high quality, effective clinical care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment. The Integrated Clinical Services Manager provides leadership, motivation and supervision of all members of the team, as well as providing clinical care for clients. You’ll have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council. You also have excellent manual therapy skills, and you’re committed to developing as a practitioner.
