Working closely with health system partners, you will be an integral part of shaping the future of health care in Ontario. If you are a transformational leader, we want you on our team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, collaborative team from across the health sector where you’ll join a cultivate and high-performing team of Nurses, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Allied Health professionals, you’ll manage and foster a collective, innovative, and learning-focused environment. You’ll lead and support the implementation of integrated care programs focusing on optimizing service delivery through the use of data-driven insights.
