**Integrated Business Planner** **Life Unlimited.** At Smith+Nephew, we craft and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. The Integrated Business Planner (IBP) is responsible for end-to-end supply planning and purchasing execution for assigned Finished Goods value streams. The role translates the master production schedule into actionable supply plans, ensures material availability, and drives inventory and service performance. Working cross-functionally with planning, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers, the IBP balances service, cost, inventory, and capacity using ERP systems and data-driven planning tools. **What will you be doing?** ### **End-to-End Supply Planning & Procurement Execution ** Owns the integrated supply plan for assigned FG value streams by aligning demand, production, and procurement plans. Translates the master production schedule into detailed execution plans and manages inventory and purchase planning to meet service and inventory targets. ### **Material Planning & Supplier Coordination ** Ensures accurate material requirements and timely ordering to support production. Manages purchase orders, supplier performance, and resolves supply issues while maintaining compliance and supporting invoice processes. ### **Constrained & Capacity Planning ** Performs capacity and constrained planning for critical work centers, working closely with stakeholders to balance load and proactively mitigate supply, material, and capacity risks. ### **Inventory Management & Optimization ** Drives inventory health across RM, WIP, and FG by analysing trends and taking actions to reduce shortages, excess, and obsolescence while ensuring inventory accuracy. **Cross-Functional Coordination & IBP Alignment ** Collaborates with manufacturing and other teams to ensure schedule adherence, manage risks, and support product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. ### **Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement ** Maintains planning and purchasing
