Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field., Experience in Automation, Control, and Instrumentation, Process Engineering, or Project Engineering., Advanced programming skills in PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens – latest generation)., Experience programming Robots, HMIs, SCADA systems, and motion control systems., knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control devices., Experience with industrial networks and vision systems., Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control diagrams., Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks., PC and automation software skills., Analytical mindset with statistical analysis capability., High level of integrity, proactivity, and service orientation., communication, teamwork, and leadership skills., English proficiency: 80%.

Coordinate installation
Support production and plant operations
Ensure reliable automation performance
Implement and maintain SCADA systems
Program and maintain PLCs
Coordinate preventive maintenance for automation systems
Validate and release new process equipment
Audit automation and control equipment
Manage software programming
Maintain and update backups of automation programs
Design new equipment integrations
Design process automation improvements
Design and support construction of new equipment
Evaluate automation suppliers
Generate automation KPIs and metrics
Manage purchase requests for automation materials
Control and maintain quality system documentation
Ensure compliance with Quality
Report and stop unsafe activities
Participate in incident investigations
Coordinate and train technicians
Support plant strategies
