What You'll Achieve.
Process 6-7 intakes per week; Meet documentation deadlines in accordance with program requirements; Enter information in Salesforce as required by agency policy, procedures, and guidelines; Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations; Participate in workshops, seminars, education programs, and activities that promote professional growth and development; Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, and additional information in accordance with agency policies, licensing and/or contract requirements; Implement BCFS safety protocols, at all times; Maintain BCFS HHS professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in BCFS employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code, at all times

Assess clients’ needs and urgency; Identify urgent needs and escalate appropriately; Provide crisis intervention according to training provided by BCFS HHS when needed to maintain a safe environment
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment, Pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks, Drive a vehicle and comply with safety procedures in accordance with program requirements, Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics, Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control, and professional composure, at all times, Provide crisis intervention according to training provided by BCFS HHS when needed to maintain a safe environment, Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position, Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations, Implement BCFS safety protocols, at all times, Maintain BCFS HHS professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in BCFS employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code, at all times
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of related experience and/or training in a related field, Driver’s License, First Aid CPR AED, Application Assistance Navigator, Community Health Worker, Mental Health First Aid, Child Passenger Safety Technician, Post-Partum Doula, Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position, Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment, Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request, Pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks, Drive a vehicle and comply with safety procedures in accordance with program requirements

What You'll Do.
