Full Job Description
**Job Title:** Intake & Referrals Coordinator **Location:** South Africa **Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST) **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) A highly personable, proactive, and client-focused Intake & Referrals Coordinator is sought to support referral conversion and intake operations within an ABA therapy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to new referrals, engaging with prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process, and managing the intake process from initial contact through onboarding. This role requires someone who is friendly, professional, highly responsive, and motivated to ensure families successfully join the agency while receiving an exceptional client experience. ### Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly to incoming referrals generated through Meta lead campaigns and referral channels * Contact prospective families via phone, email, and text messaging * Build rapport and establish trust with families through professional and compassionate communication * Guide families through the enrollment and onboarding process * Conduct intake calls and gather required client information and documentation * Clearly explain agency services, processes, and next steps to prospective clients * Maintain consistent follow-up with referrals to maximize conversion rates * Track referral status and maintain accurate records within company systems * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service initiation * Maintain accurate intake documentation and administrative records * Support additional intake, referral, and client coordination activities as required **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred * Previous experience as an Intake Coordinator, Intake Specialist, Referral Coordinator, Client Intake Coordinator, or similar intake-focused role required * Intake coordination experience is required * Strong customer service and client
