Full Job Description

**Job Opening: Intake & Recruitment Coordinator (Nightshift)** **Location:** Remote (7pm - 3am SAST) **Type:** Full-Time **Salary:** Paid in South African Rands (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities * Manage the entire client intake process during nightshift hours, ensuring efficient and seamless communication * Serve as the primary contact for new client inquiries received overnight, providing prompt and professional responses * Collect, review, and accurately organize client documentation * Coordinate service initiation including scheduling and internal communication during night hours * Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating candidates, and scheduling interviews during nightshift * Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires remotely * Maintain and update client and candidate information in systems such as Monday.com * Track and manage workflows related to intake and recruitment to ensure timely follow-ups and process completion * Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing and client needs across time zones **Requirements** * Experience in intake coordination, recruitment, or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or ABA field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote and overnight work * Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a nightshift environment * Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently * Familiarity with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management software is preferred * Experience using Microsoft Outlook * Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence * Adaptability to nightshift schedule and working independently across time zones * Strong problem-solving and administrative capabilities **Benefits** 1.
