create/start client treatment file
Contact Probation/Paroleployer if needed for client and assist in getting letter for admission/discharge
Facilitate admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed
Maintain paperwork/notes/application statuses as needed for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements
Conduct level of care assessments on all clients
Complete aftercare goals with detox only clients
