What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Juris Doctor (J. D. ) from an accredited law school, Active license to practice law (in good standing), knowledge of personal injury and/or workers’ compensation fundamentals, Confident client-facing communication skills, legal judgment and decision-making ability, Organized, detail-oriented documentation habits, Ability to work efficiently with urgency

Nice to Have

1+ year of personal injury and/or workers’ compensation experience, Experience reviewing medical records and incident reports at intake, Comfort collaborating with Client Advocates, Case Managers, and Legal Assistants, Familiarity with outcomes-based or accountability-driven operating environments
