Manage insurance tax compliance function
Oversee federal tax returns
Oversee state tax returns
Oversee local tax returns
Oversee non-U.S. corporate tax returns
Oversee partnership income tax returns
Manage insurance premium tax filings
Manage insurance excise tax returns
Manage related estimated tax payments
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
Ensure alignment of compliance activities
Coordinate with insurance tax structuring teams
Coordinate with insurance tax planning teams
Capture new transactions in tax filings
Capture reinsurance arrangements in tax filings
Capture entity formations in tax filings
Work closely with external service providers
Ensure high-quality deliverables from providers
Manage projects with external providers
Monitor new tax legislation
Analyze new tax legislation
Monitor regulatory changes
Analyze regulatory changes
Understand impact of changes
Ensure implementation of adjustments
Support audit activities
Support examination activities
Coordinate with external tax advisors
