The ideal candidate will provide essential organization and structure to significant engineering implementations, acting as a motivator for the team and a champion for the Workers Compensation product line. As a key driver of critical initiatives, you will manage major project implementations to facilitate the broad market scaling of our WC offering. Collaborate continuously with engineering, product, and legal teams to accurately translate complex state regulations and NCCI rules into clear technical requirements, driving automated compliance solutions.
