What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Health Care Experience Required, Insurance Prior Authorization Experience, Medical Terminology Experience, Overall Medical Insurance Experience, Ability to quickly grasp new apps, Experience and familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Nice to Have
Prior Experience in Infusion is Preferred
What You'll Do.
Handle all aspects of the infusion referral
Obtain authorizations
Perform financial counseling
Conduct benefit investigation
Liaison with referring providers
Obtain documentation necessary for treatment
Communicate status of their patients
Communicate referral process and status to patients
Openly communicate with referring/prescribing providers
Assist in maintaining medical inventory
Assist in maintaining office supplies
