Must Have

Health Care Experience Required, Insurance Prior Authorization Experience, Medical Terminology Experience, Overall Medical Insurance Experience, Ability to quickly grasp new apps, Experience and familiarity utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have

Prior Experience in Infusion is Preferred

What You'll Do.

Handle all aspects of infusion referral

Obtain authorizations

Perform financial counseling

Conduct benefit investigation

Liaise with referring providers

Obtain documentation for treatment

Communicate status of patients

Communicate referral process to patients

Openly communicate with providers

Assist in maintaining medical inventory

Assist in maintaining office supplies
