Our energetic and patient-focused orthodontic practice is looking for a detailoriented Insurance Coordinator to join our work family. Key Responsibilities • Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and eligibility prior to patient appointments. • Submit, track, and follow up on all orthodontic insurance claims. • Post insurance payments and manage accounts receivable balances. • Explain insurance benefits and financial arrangements clearly to patients and parents. • Troubleshoot and resolve any claim denials or discrepancies. ## Qualifications Qualifications • Previous experience with dental or orthodontic insurance billing is required. • Knowledge of Dolphin Management system is a plus! • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. • Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. ## Additional Information Schedule & Work-Life Balance Enjoy a consistent schedule with your Thursdays and weekends completely off! • Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM • Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM • Thursday: CLOSED (Enjoy your day off!) Compensation & Benefits • Hourly Wage: $24.00 - $30.00 / hour (Pay based on experience) • Medical Insurance (Health, Dental, and Vision) • 401 (k) Retirement Plan • Extensive Supplemental Benefits: Multiple optional insurance and wellness plans tailored to your needs.
