How we support you: Hybrid model – up to 50% work from home Flexible schedules including ample flexibility in the summer months Up to 9% towards 401k (3% fixed Compeer contribution plus up to 6% match) Benefits: medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life Associate’s Degree in business administration, finance, economics, agriculture or other related field, preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the job. Must have a valid crop insurance license or ability to obtain one within three months from the time of hire. Entry-level experience in insurance or Ag related field, preferred. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. Strong client service and interpersonal skills in dealing with both internal and external clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Onbase, AIP systems and/or other systems required to meet the client and organizational needs. Basic agricultural knowledge.
