Must have a valid crop insurance license or ability to obtain one within three months from the time of hire. Entry-level experience in insurance or Ag related field, preferred. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. Strong client service and interpersonal skills in dealing with both internal and external clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Onbase, AIP systems and/or other systems required to meet the client and organizational needs. Basic agricultural knowledge. The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
