What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Willingness and ability to successfully obtain the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate delivered by l’Autorité des marchés financiers and the General Insurance License for Ontario Other Than Life and other provinces., Bilingualism (English and French) required, High level of reading, comprehension and speaking in both languages, Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and connect with clients, Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation., Digital literacy across a broad range of services (i. e. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc. )
Nice to Have
Possession of the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate delivered by l’Autorité des marchés financiers, Post-secondary education, Knowledge of insurance products, Customer service and/or sales experience in a contact centre environment.
