Knowledge of various insulation materials and their properties, as well as the ability to operate insulation-cutting tools and power tools. Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending and lifting. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with supervisors and other team members. Comfortable climbing and working at elevations above 25 ft.
