Must Have

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required, Formal industrial maintenance training required, Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of AC/DC electrical systems required, Ability to repair and/or replace electrical components required, Ability to read/comprehend electrical schematics required, Must be able to work at heights up to 30 feet, lift and carry up to 30 lbs. , climb ladders, bend and twist in order to reach remote equipment.

Nice to Have

Associate degree or certificate in Electrical Technology highly preferred, Ability to perform diagnostics and set-up of PLC & AC Inverter preferred experience on Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, and Powerflex drives, Experience supporting instrumentation and control loops for temperature, pressure, tension, and flow preferred, Knowledge of small centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, piping layouts, and polymer extrusion, preferred, Experience with predictive techniques such as infrared and ultrasonic are preferred

What You'll Do.

Perform instrumentation and electrical maintenance

Follow department guidelines and SOPs

Complete and submit all paperwork

Perform electrical calibrations

Perform preventative maintenance

and repair electrical systems

Make minor modifications to equipment

Provide support to manufacturing processes

Diagnose and repair industrial equipment

Complete preventative maintenance tasks

reassemble production equipment

Install and/or verify correct instrument installation

Support new equipment installations

Update electrical drawings & procedures

Follow all Celgard safety guidelines

Plan safety into projects and tasks

Operate PIV equipment

Use computer to update electrical procedures

Write detailed written reports

Repair and/or replace mechanical components

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Lead and guide others on repairs or projects; Help train lower-level technicians; Assist in the diagnosis of process related problems through collaborative teamwork; Work collaboratively with all maintenance and manufacturing personnel; Integrate into a closely knit lead; Participate in cross-functional teams; Communicate effectively with production staff; Train other maintenance personnel on electrical systems; Train other maintenance personnel on I&E systems
