Instrumentation & Data Systems Capability Integration Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is currently recruiting for a******Instrumentation & Data Systems (I&DS) ****Capability Integration Manager** to join our team in support of the I&DS Enterprise Capability Leader (ECL) out of **Seattle, WA; Charleston, SC; El Segundo, CA; Oklahoma City, OK, Philadelphia, PA; Ridley Park, PA; or San Antonio, TX.** In this role, you will help guide the strategy, workforce development and enterprise engagement strategy in support of I&DS across the enterprise. You will lead a team while partnering closely with ITL leadership and capability leaders ensure our capabilities support both current and future testing needs across Lab Test and Flight Test. **Position Responsibilities:** * Provide oversight of employees performing engineering and technical tasks * Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, business partners, peers, and direct reports * Develop Capability engagement framework and assessments across the enterprise * Lead training and development initiatives to create industry best in class I&DS talent * Help develop Technology Strategy and roadmaps across the enterprise for I&DS * Help oversee the I&DS Strategic Investment and Capital project portfolio by supporting Long Range Business Planning exercises, enabling project leaders, and ensuring projects are effectively planned and executed to meet key milestones * Strive to continuously innovate to improve existing processes and frameworks * Develops and maintains a culture of seeking to understand, courage to speak up, and active listening to manage, develop and motivate employees **This position is hybrid.
