We have an exciting opportunity for an Instrument & Electrical Asset Engineer to join our Reliability team at the Geelong Refinery. In this role, you will act as a key technical advisor to our Asset teams, serving as the primary point of contact for Instrument and Electrical engineering support. You will play a critical role in maintaining plant reliability by responding to equipment issues, supporting breakdown events, and developing condition-based repair and replacement strategies. Responsibilities * You will partner closely with Asset and Maintenance teams to deliver: * Technical troubleshooting of instrument and electrical systems. * Incident investigations, applying RCA and other structured methodologies. * Compliance management across instrument and electrical safeguarding systems. * Project delivery, leading small plant changes and representing Asset teams on larger capital projects. * Maintenance optimisation, including development and execution of maintenance interventions and Turnaround scopes. ## Qualifications You are a proactive and collaborative Instrument or Electrical Engineer with strong communication and coordination skills, and a passion for improving asset reliability.
