Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field, 10+ years of hands-on experience in RPA implementation or automation projects, understanding of RPA concepts, methodologies, and lifecycle, Hands-on experience with one or more RPA platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, knowledge of process mapping, workflow documentation, and automation identification, Understanding of process mining concepts and automation analysis, Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
