The Pilates Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates sessions that promote strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. The role involves working with clients of different fitness levels, ensuring a safe, engaging, and motivating training environment. The instructor will design and lead both private and group Pilates classes, while adapting exercises to meet individual client needs and goals. A key part of the role is to provide professional guidance, monitor progress, and help clients improve their physical performance over time. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and able to create a positive and supportive studio experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire clients are essential.
