Earned undergraduate degree in business from an AACSB-accredited institution, Master's degree in entrepreneurship, management, or a closely related discipline from an accredited university, Minimum of 5 years of entrepreneurial experience, including founding, managing, or growing a small business or venture, Demonstrated potential for excellence in undergraduate teaching, Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Provide mentorship and academic support to students pursuing entrepreneurial and small business pathways

Incorporate innovative teaching approaches

including experiential

and community-engaged learning

Adhere to university policies and AACSB accreditation standards

Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain instructional effectiveness and relevance

Collaborate with faculty

and external partners to support program development and community engagement initiatives

Contribute to service activities including committees

and mentorship of adjunct faculty
