What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, or related field, 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI automation, developer productivity, or technical training, Hands-on experience with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools, Working familiarity with AI coding tools including: Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Similar AI coding agents, comfort with CLI tools, VS Code, Git/GitHub, APIs, and JSON/YAML/Markdown workflows, Ability to build simple AI-powered workflows using tools, files, APIs, and integrations, Familiarity with frontend concepts including Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and responsive UI principles, Comfort with Linux/VPS setup, SSH, environment variables, and deployment workflows, Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, Ability to simplify technical concepts into practical, outcome-focused learning experiences
