Instructors are responsible for preparing materials that fulfil the course learning outcomes, planning lessons, developing assignments and exams that reflect the integrated nature of the curriculum. **Job Description:** **Course Preparation, delivery, and administrative duties** * Develops and/or revises curriculum in consultation with the Program Coordinator as required * Updates the course structure, teaching methods and evaluation tools as necessary * Selects and applies appropriate resources to enhance curriculum delivery * Delivers the curriculum in accordance with the course outline * Maintains a comprehensive and current knowledge of assigned subject areas * Facilitates the achievement of course learning outcomes and the educational goals of the students * Creates an environment conducive to purposeful learning and positive interaction * Monitors student performance and provides constructive feedback to the
