What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CBAP Certification, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or related field, 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related domain, 2+ years of experience in training, coaching, or mentoring professionals, understanding of BABOK Guide, understanding of Requirements Gathering & Analysis, understanding of Stakeholder Management, understanding of Agile & Scrum Concepts, understanding of Business Process Modeling, understanding of SDLC Methodologies
Nice to Have
Prior experience delivering online or classroom training, Experience preparing learners for CBAP certification exams, Familiarity with Agile Business Analysis practices, Exposure to project management methodologies and frameworks, Experience conducting mock interviews or assessment reviews, Knowledge of business analysis tools and documentation platforms
