Graduate Degree (PhD or PhD abd) in Spanish Studies, Sustained successful teaching of Spanish at University level, Native or near native fluency in English and Spanish, Competence in Standard International Spanish, Experience in computer-based instruction, Experience in web-based pedagogical techniques, Application of online student tracking systems, Competence in web-based course administrative tools, Competence in Connect, LearnSmart, Brightspace, Teaching documentation, Ability to work alone without supervision, Ability to work within a team, Clear comprehension of multi-section, Active participation in curriculum sharing, Careful test student prompt and accurate marking, Commitment to participate in committee marking, Commitment to responsible time management, Availability for individual consultation with students, Availability for proctoring exams
