Essential Performance Responsibilities: Collaborate with school leadership and staff to integrate technology and data analytics into the curriculum effectively. Provide pedagogical support to teachers for leveraging technology in the classroom to facilitate deeper learning and digital citizenship. Lead professional development initiatives and coach educators in best practices for technology use and data-driven instruction as a member of the building-based academic leadership team. Coordinate the implementation of assessment plans and analyze educational data to inform teaching strategies and improve student outcomes. Provide training to staff on administering different types of assessments. Serve as a liaison between the school and assessment and research department, ensuring that data analysis aligns with educational objectives and district directives.
