2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 2 Years – Experience in Position, 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design and other related fields or equivalent experience

4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience working in Position, 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Master's Degree in Instructional Technology or similar blend of instructional design and web programming
