The ideal candidate will have proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation. You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization. You must be skilled in creating engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content. The role involves developing comprehensive storyboards, effective assessments, and managing learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards. Success in this role requires strategic thinking ability with a creative problem-solving approach, excellence in project management with keen attention to detail, and good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Key job responsibilities -Design and develop innovative learning content that enhances strategic capabilities within the INFC organization -Create engaging training materials including graphics, visual designs, branded materials, posters, One Point Lessons (OPLs), infographics, and video content -Develop comprehensive storyboards and effective assessments -Manage learning projects of varying scales while maintaining high quality standards A day in the life Adhering to the core principles of adult learning, we create learning materials that are engaging and interactive for learners to increase knowledge retention and recall.
